Refund Policy
Because reports are generated individually from your chart data, refunds follow the rules below.
Before delivery
If a report has not yet been generated, you may request a full refund.
After delivery
Delivered digital reports are generally non-refundable, except where the report was not generated, was corrupted, or contained a demonstrable calculation error.
Consultations
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled slot are fully refundable. No-shows are not refundable.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
